El señor Tumnus, una tímida y retraída
criatura que toca la Flauta, mitad hombre, mitad cabra, es el personaje
en forma de Fauno que se hace amigo de Lucy pero aún así, se ve obligado
a cumplir los malvados planes de la Bruja Blanca.
El fauno fue el personaje que inspiró a
C. S. Lewis originalmente para crear las famosas “Crónicas de Narnia”.
Una vez dijo que todo
había comenzado con una imagen de un fauno con
paraguas y paquetes en un bosque
nevado...
El misterio que oculta el armario..., el
enigma que se esconde al entrar al armario ropero de aquella habitación
del viejo castillo..., y una vez pasado este..., un maravilloso mundo de
fantasía, de belleza, de ensueño, de divinidad..., es el Preludio de
esta composición. |

Este encantador y dulce fauno, Tumnus, deja
sorprendida a Lucy, interpretándole con su original flauta una hermosa
melodía.
Basándose en los primeros sonidos de ésta,
Ferrer Ferran, transforma esta melodía en una Danza que recrea una delicia
en homenaje al mundo de la Fantasía y de la Imaginación.
Obra compuesta por encargo para
interpretarse como Obra obligada en el “I Concurso Internacional de
interpretación flautística ‘Travesera s. XXI’”, celebrándose en Madrid en el
año 2006. |
Mr. Tum nus, a timid and reserved creature who
touches the Flauta, half man, half goat, is the personage in form of Fauno
that is even so made friend of Lucy but, is itself forced to fulfill the
evil plans of the White Witch.
Fauno was the personage who inspired to C. S.
Lewis originally to create famous "Chronicles of Narnia". Once it said that
everything had begun with an image of fauno with umbrella and packages in a
snow-covered forest...
The mystery that hides the closet..., the
enigma that hides when entering the closet locker of that room of the old
castle..., and once happened this..., a wonderful world of fantasy, beauty,
dream, divinity..., is the Prelude of this composition. |

This charmer and candy fauno, Tumnus, leave
surprised Lucy, interpreting to him with its original flauta beautiful
melodía. Being based on the first sounds of this one, Ferrer Ferran, melodía
transforms this into a Dance that recreates a delight to this work in
tribute to the world of the Fantasy and the Imagination.
This Obra is composed by order to
interpret as Work Forced in the "I Aid the International of flautística
interpretation ' Travesera s. XXI '", being celebrated in Madrid in 2006.
